Objective
The course provide the basic understanding of the use and development of a business plan. It includes the areas of management (strategy, organisation, operations and HRM etc.), marketing (market analysis and measurement, understanding customers sales and distribution etc) and accounting (financial accounting, profit analysis, budget cost, investment analysis). At the end of the course the students can understand and develop a basic business plan.
