ALaRI Application Form

Welcome to online Application Form.

Please, fill all the requested forms to apply for ALaRI (In case you don't fill in all important information, your application will not be considered).
To complete the application, you must upload a CV, complete academic Transcripts, a Passport Photo and a University/Bachelor Degree certificate. Each of them must be in digital format, so please scan them if you have them only papery.
Additional documents (e.g. photocopy of your passport/resident permit, additional certificates...) can be merged in an archive file zip and uploaded into the field Other documents.

If you want you can also send us no more than 3 recommendation letters.

The username will be automatically generated by the system,instead you have to specify a password in the related field below.

You can fulfil your online application submission in two different way:

by partial registration
by full registration

With both kinds of registration you will receive your credentials to access the web platform www.alari.ch/applications where you can:

check the status of your application submission
keep up-to-date your data by modifying it;
complete your submission if you did not provide the required and/or recommended information

Modification on your application data are allowed till the application submission deadline: 2012-06-30

In order to have a partial registration you have to:

complete the PARTIAL REGISTRATION section providing all the information in order to receive your credentials
use the credentials to login in the platform and complete the application submission

In order to have a full registration you have to complete both the PARTIAL REGISTRATION and FULL REGISTRATION sections.
The latter is divided into four parts, each of them characterized by a colour that indicates the requested fields:

Basic Submission: composed by the minimum required field to have your application taken in account
Submission with Scholarship Request: composed by the racommended fields, if you are applying for a scholarship
Submission with Help Request for Resident Permit: composed by the fields useful for ALaRI to help you to obtain your Swiss Permit
Other Information: composed by not mandatory information to complete the application

At the end of the submission you can login in the Application Platform and monitoring the status of your application or modify your data.
